(SALEM) - The Marion County sheriff`s Department is asking for the public`s help in locating two men and a vehicle in connection with a kidnapping that occurred last week.

Sheriff`s spokesman Kevin Rau says on Saturday, April 22nd, Valerie Tentler, of Salem, was kidnapped from the Middlegrove Market at 4592 Silverton Rd NE in Salem.

Tentler was pulled into a metallic green 1990`s 4 door sedan, possibly a Cadillac, which had tinted windows and had been lowered.

Her kidnappers drove her from the market to the campus of Chemeketa Community College where they pushed her out of the car after threatening her Rau said.

Fortunately Tentler was not seriously injured, receiving only minor scratches.

Investigators believe that this was connected to a recent police report filed by Tentler`s boyfriend, 19-year-old Joey Arcega, that her former boyfriend had tried to stab him on another occasion.

Investigators determined that that incident did not occur and arrested Arcega for Initiating a False Report.

Investigators believe the incident may be gang related Rau said.

Arrested were 22-year-old Veronica Martinez and 24-year-old Ramiro Martinez-Olvera. A third suspect, 25-year-old Salvador Martinez remains at large. A forth unidentified person was also involved.

Everyone involved lives in the Salem area.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Salvador Martinez, the identity of the fourth unidentified person or the metallic green 1990`s four door sedan involved in this crime is urged to call Detective Martin Bennett at (503) 540-8007.
