Nude Cell Phone Photos Lead to ArrestSalem-News.comTualatin Police remind citizens to be constantly aware of their surroundings, and vigilant in reporting suspicious activity.
(TUALATIN, Ore.) - Tualatin Police were called to a tanning salon Tuesday after a woman tanning nude reported catching a man peering over the top of the booth's partition. Tualatin Police Officer Cameron Montrose responded to the business, and conducted an investigation that lead to the arrest of a local man for photographing a nude female with his cell phone. It happened at Island Tanning, located at 7552 SW Nyberg Road in Tualatin. Police responded to the scene at 3:30 PM, according to Sgt. Greg Pickering with Tualatin Police. "The victim reported seeing the cell phone peering into the booth where she was tanning. The victim yelled at the subject, who quickly left the area. The victim contacted an employee, who used the businesses video surveillance system to help identify the suspect." Montrose arrested 34-year old David Allen Rose of Tigard, he was charged with Invasion of Personal Privacy, a Class A Misdemeanor, and was cited and released. Tualatin Police remind citizens to be constantly aware of their surroundings, and vigilant in reporting suspicious activity.
