The quake comes just two days after Sunday’s 6.7 earthquake in Hawaii. No tsunami warnings were issued for Oregon or California.
(EUREKA, Calif.) - A 4.9 magnitude earthquake rattled off the Northern California coast at 12:53 PM Tuesday afternoon.
According to the US Geological Service, the quakes' epicenter was located 89 miles west/southwest of Eureka, California.
No tsunami warnings for Oregon or California were issued by the National Weather Service.
Officials say the quake had a depth of just over 11 miles.
No injuries or damage were reported, but the quake was felt as far away as San Francisco and San Jose.
