Arrested at the residence was 48-year old Robert Frederick Hammond, and 41-year old Linda Diana Mendoza.
(ALBANY, Ore.) - A search warrant in Albany led to the arrest of two residents and according to Linn County Sheriff Tim Mueller, "dealer amounts of methamphetamine, packaging materials, scales, miscellaneous drug paraphernalia." He says deputies also recovered over 20 firearms and a large quantity of ammunition.
It happened at 6:00 AM this morning at 33438 Adah Avenue. Agencies participating in the bust included the Linn County Sheriff's SWAT team and members of the Linn Drug Task force.
The Mueller says, stolen property was spotted, "Also discovered at the residence was a contractor's generator stolen in Bend last month valued at $12,000.00. Deputies are also processing other items suspected to be stolen property".

Both have been charged with Possession and Delivery of a Controlled Substance- methamphetamine. Mendoza has also been charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Both are currently being held in the Linn County Jail.
The Linn Drug Task Force is staffed in a cooperative agreement by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, Albany Police Department, Lebanon Police Department and the Sweet Home Police Department.
