The suspect, John Alvin Taylor, was arrested at his residence without incident.
(SUBLIMITY, Ore.) - A man suspected of sexual abuse at a retirement center in Sublimity was been arrested by Stayton Police today, after an investigation that began on September 30th, 2005.
Stayton Police say that at that time, they received a report of a possible sexual offense which is alleged to have occurred at Marian Estates, located at 390 Church Street in Sublimity.
The reported victim was a 70 year old resident. The reported suspect was an employee of Marian Estates.
This incident was investigated by the Stayton Police Department with the assistance of the Oregon Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
Today the suspect, John Alvin Taylor, was arrested at his residence without incident. He is currently being lodged at Marion County Corrections Facility on numerous charges.
