Police say one man had a forged Social Security card and a forged Resident Alien card.
(ALBANY, Ore.) - Detectives seized approximately 3/4 of an ounce of methamphetamine Friday around 10:00 PM, during the execution of a narcotics search warrant at 1805 SE Clay Street #4 in Albany.
They say they also found prescription medication, over $5,000 in U.S. currency, packaging material, scales, drug paraphernalia, surveillance equipment, and a laptop computer reported stolen from a vehicle in Albany in February 2007.
As a result of the search warrant, detectives arrested 31-year old Jamie Contreras, 26-year old Cassandra Martinez, and 29-year old Romero Delgadillo at the scene.
Jamie Contreras was lodged at the Linn County Jail on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, (methamphetamine) Distribution of a Controlled Substance, (methamphetamine)and Frequenting.
Cassandra Martinez was lodged at the Linn County Jail ovrt charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, (methamphetamine) Distribution of a Controlled Substance, (methamphetamine) Frequenting.
Romero Delgadillo was lodged in the Linn County Jail for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument.
Additionally, Romero Delgadillo was found to be in possession of a forged Social Security card and a forged Resident Alien card.
