(FOT KLAMATH, Ore.) - A Fairview-area woman died late Sunday night in a single vehicle fatal crash on Highway 62 near Fort Klamath. Two others received minor injuries.
Oregon State Police say that Sunday at approximately 11:00 PM, a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by 29-year old Renea Michelle Midgley of Fairview, was negotiating a left curve on Highway 62 near milepost 95 when it lost control.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee left the south side of the highway, swerved back onto the road and crossed both lanes where it went into a ditch on the north side and flipped onto its top coming to rest in a canal.
Renea Michelle Midgley was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Two passengers were able to get out of the vehicle with minor injuries. They are identified as 21-year old Christopher Kevin Roberts of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and 23-year old Ionut Burlaca of Romania.
Investigators are not sure if the three were wearing their seat belts.

Oregon State Police troopers from the Klamath Falls Area Command Office are completing the investigation. Chiloquin Medical and Fire personnel responded to the scene to assist.
