(SALEM, Ore.) - Families are invited to learn together about the creatures who share our planet. Kids and parents can see and handle a variety of animals under the supervision of trained staff at "Creature Features," presented through OMSI.
"Creature Features" is the first of the 2007-2008 Family Festival of the Arts series, offering free family-friendly shows on the third Friday of the month throughout the school year.

What is the difference between a land turtle and a water turtle? A lizard and a snake? A venomous snake and a harmless one? This program from OMSI takes a close look at many unique adaptations animals have developed to enable them to survive in widely different environments.
