(VANCOUVER, Wash. ) - A former Vancouver, Washington cheerleading coach will serve nine months in jail and have to register as a sex offender after pleading guilty yesterday to sexual misconduct with a minor.
According to court documents, 28-year-old Neil Finger, the former owner of Vancouver Cheer Academy, had a sexual relationship with a girl from his cheerleading business.
The teenage girl told police that she and Finger had sex at his apartment last May.
The Judge also told Finger that he is not allowed to have contact with the victim for the next five years.
