(CLATSKANIE, Ore.) - Several law enforcement officers from local, county and State agencies are assisting Clatskanie Police Department looking for a dangerous wanted man about 5 miles northwest of Clatskanie near the intersection of Bodine Road and Quincey-Mayger Road after officers spotted the man and he ran from a vehicle into the brush.
Police say 41-year old Patrick Allen McMillan is currently wanted on a Columbia County felony warrant listing numerous charges including Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Kidnap. He also has a felony warrant for Parole Violation issued by the Oregon State Parole Board.
McMillan was spotted early Friday afternoon by Clatskanie police officers in a vehicle near his residence in the 80400 block of Bodine Road. After seeing the police officers, McMillan fled on foot into a heavy brushy area.
Officers from St. Helens, Columbia County Sheriff's Office, Clatsop County Sheriff's Office, and Oregon State Police are assisting Clatskanie Police Department in the search for Patrick McMillan.
He was last seen wearing a brown "Carhartt" jacket and blue jeans, and is described as a white male, 6'01" tall, weighing about 180 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
