Two men at the residence were also arrested and taken to the Polk County Jail.
(SALEM, Ore.) - Salem Police Department detectives served a search warrant at about 10:30 this morning at 17925 Brown Road in Dallas, Oregon, arresting 33-year old Shelly Ann McGinnis. Salem Police Lt. Steve Birr says officers were assisted by deputies from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
Birr explains that McGinnis has been a suspect in a variety of property crimes in Lincoln, Polk, and Marion Counties.
"She was arrested on warrants out of Marion County for Burglary I, Identity Theft, Theft 2, and Giving False Information to a Police Officer," Birr said.
McGinnis was charged with additional counts of Identity Theft, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, and Theft 2. McGinnis is being booked into the Marion County Correctional Facility.
Also arrested at the residence was Derrick B. Duenas, 22yrs of age; and Theodore R. McGinnis, 24 yrs of age. Duenas was charged with Hindering Prosecution and Theodore McGinnis had a Probation Violation warrant.
Both were booked into the Polk County Jail.
The investigation is continuing and additional charges are likely.
