Dodds, is in critical condition after he was shot Sunday night during a traffic stop on Highway 101 on the south end of Lincoln City. At about 11:00 p.m. Sunday, Officer Dobbs stopped a 1984 Dodge SUV for a speeding, during which, an unidentified white male adult driver shot the officer more than one time.
