Her remains had been discovered in April of 1985 in Washington County. Angela had been missing from Portland since May of 1983 when her parents reported her as runaway. Hood. At the time, forensic investigators estimated this human skull may have been at this location for a considerably long period of time- potentially up to 10-years; possibly dating back to 1976.
