The Oregon Marine Board reports that a large cottonwood tree was removed to the shore on June 25th. A significant amount of trees and debris had collected in the main channel, blocking the path of boaters. Isham says David G. Garcia was contacted and arrested at his home in Jefferson after reports that he had sexually abused three juvenile victims between 1991 and July of 2008. "The victims were ages 7, 8 and 9-years old at the time of the alleged crimes and were all known to Garcia," Isham said.
