Welling was the fastest individual Warrior runner on the 5k course after finishing in 20:31.77. Warrior freshman Christi Schmitz (North Pole, Alaska) also ran her way into the top 40 runners in crossing the finish line with a 21:09.91.</description>

Taylor placed 22nd overall thanks to a final effort where he edged out College of Idaho runner Alex Goold by a mere .04 seconds. Taylor finished the 8K course in 27:18.84.</description>

F-15 Eagle fighter jets from the 142nd Fighter Wing in Portland and the 173rd Fighter Wing at Kingsley Field are scheduled to conduct flyovers at the following locations and approximate times: 

All passes will be approximately 1,000 feet above ground level and 350 knots airspeed. Flights could be cancelled or times changed due to inclement weather or operational contingencies.</description>

	        <description> On Senior Recognition Night, junior Tiffany Land (Independence, Ore.) shined one year too soon thanks to a match-high 12 kills in Corban's women's volleyball's sweep over the visiting Hustlin' Owls of Oregon Tech Saturday inside the C.E. Jeffers Sports Center.

In its final home match of the season, Corban systematically broke down Oregon Tech's defense for a straight set victory (25-23, 25-20, 25-23) with Land, sophomore Chandra Baskoro (Gresham, Ore.), and freshman Bailey Wold (Spokane, Wash.) combining for 30 kills. The Warriors secured their fourth straight season with at least 10 wins improving to 10-9 overall and 8-9 in Cascade Collegiate Conference play. Meanwhile, Oregon Tech falls to 11-17 overall and 3-13 in league matches.</description>

	        <description> Police say a Keno-area couple were killed Tuesday morning on Highway 97 south of Klamath Falls in a collision between a commercial vehicle and sport utility vehicle.
 
Oregon State Police Lieutenant Steve Nork says the crash happened today at approximately 11:12 a.m. as a 2004 Ford Explorer four-door driven by 65-year old Barbara Leona Boice of Keno, Oregon was southbound on Highway 97 near milepost 282.  Nork says that for an unknown reason, the vehicle traveled across the paved center median area in front of the Midland Rest Area and crashed into the rear dual wheels of a semi-trailer.

Nork says the impact of the crash actually tore the trailer's rear dual wheels off.

Tim Evinger with the Klamath County Sheriff's Office says Plumb is in remarkably good shape considering his ordeal during the past 24 hours with temperatures overnight dipping below zero.

"Klamath County Searchers on snowmobiles searched throughout the night after following snowmobile tracks thought to be Plumbs.  The tracks continued for miles south until they met up with a more heavily used trail where the tracks blended with those from other snowmobiles."

Police say 27-year-old Jesse Lee Johnson, told officers he was drunk and high on meth, and was going to kill the boy with a knife.

After negotiating with the man for about a half an hour, Johnson walked out of the home with a knife to the baby’s throat.</description>

	        <description> There was a flurry of activity Thursday morning on the runway and in the passenger terminal at the Klamath Falls Airport. 

Ryan Brown with KFLS Radio says it was approximately 9:00 AM when a gas leak was discovered at Kingsley Field that forced the evacuation of the terminal building. 

Emergency crews responded to the scene.  It took crews about an hour to make repairs from the time it was discovered. </description>
