	        <description> The Hawaii Hilo Vulcans put on a timely 13-2 run in the final three minutes to defeat the Western Oregon men's basketball team, 85-78, on Wednesday (Dec. 15).

Blair Wheadon led the Wolves (6-5, 1-1 Great Northwest Athletic Conference) with 18 points. He scored 15 points in the first half, as he hit 5-of-7 shots from behind the arc. Kyle Long added 17 points, five rebounds and four assists. Tarance Glynn posted 15 points and seven boards, while Kolton Nelson had 10 points and team-leading eight rebounds</description>

	        <description> Four members of the Western Oregon men’s basketball team scored in double figures as the Wolves came away with a 72-63 victory over George Fox in its exhibition opener, Saturday, Nov. 6.

Kolton Nelson and Kyle Long each had 17 points to lead the Western Oregon. Nelson also added 13 rebounds to complete the double-double. He went 7-of-11 from the field and 3-of-4 from the line. Long came off the bench to score his 17. He made 5-of-9 shots from the field, including a trio of three-point baskets. The Wolves also got 15 points from Blair Wheadon and 13 from Kris White.</description>
