The White shark that attacked Bobby is estimated to have been 15' - 16' in length. The vessel and its crew were taking part in a race to Victoria, B.C., when the whale surfaced. The Kia driver was critically injured and extricated by firefighters before she was transported by LifeFlight to Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland.
