	        <description> Tualatin Police and surrounding police agencies responded to reports of an armed subject who fired shots at a Tualatin business at 11:48 a.m.  The business is located in a strip mall at the intersection of SW Martinazzi Avenue and SW Warm Springs Street.
 
Tualatin Police Spokesperson Jennifer Massey says officers quickly secured the scene.  Police quickly confirmed at least one deceased person initially, and were able to advise that the area was safe and the suspect is no longer at large.

"Tualatin Police arrived and knocked on the front door of the apartment. Upon observing the police officers through the window located next to the front door, the male suspect ran to the back of the apartment and stabbed the victim one time in the head with a knife."

	        <description> One person died in a single car crash last night in Tualatin.  Police officers responded to a single car crash on SW Grahams Ferry Road at SW Sitka Court, in Tualatin at 10:43 p.m.

The vehicle was occupied by the driver, identified as 19-year old Jose Manuel Hernandez Bailon, and the passenger, identified as 19-year old Michael Figueroa.  "The vehicle, a red 1994 Honda Accord, appeared to have been traveling north on SW Grahams Ferry Road at a high rate of speed,"  Jennifer Massey with Tualatin Police said.

	        <description> Tualatin Valley Fire &amp; Rescue responded to a roof collapse of a commercial building at 8750 SW Old Tualatin Sherwood Road in Tualatin just after 9:00 AM this morning.  

Walt Peck with TVFR says the caller to 9-1-1 also reported a strong odor of natural gas. Upon arrival, crews located and turned off the natural gas line for the building and worked to secure the site.

The portion of the building that experienced the roof collapse was unused and not heated.  This likely contributed to an even greater build-up in the snow and ice load.

	        <description> Tualatin Valley Fire &amp; Rescue crews were called to a house fire at 22965 SW Riggs Road in Washington County tonight at 7:33 PM.

A news release issued by TVF&R states that on arrival, firefighters found a 2-story, single family residence fully involved with fire in a neighborhood without fire hydrants.

The first arriving crews began fire attack with their on-board water supply, while additional crews worked to set up water shuttle operations.  Complicating the work of firefighters were arcing power lines. At 7:48 a second alarm called to bring additional resources to the scene.

	        <title> Woman Gives Birth on Side of Oregon's I-205 Freeway (AUDIO)</title> 
	        <description> There was a different type of excitement on Interstate-205 around 3:45 this morning when a woman went into labor in a car moving down the freeway.

West Linn Police Spokesman Sgt. Neil Hennelly, says officers Pat McConnell and Ed Friend received a call from dispatch of a motorist having a baby on I-205 south near the Stafford Road interchange.  "The officers arrived within 3 minutes, however Olivia Grace had already been born," Hennelly said.

Tualatin Valley Fire &amp; Rescue arrived a short time later and checked out the child and her mother.  Both were transported to Meridian Park Hospital, and they are doing fine.  Hennelly says they were headed for the birthing center near Meridian Park.

Investigators say they determined that the woman had been shot by her husband, 24-year-old Ryan Michael Osbrink, who had signed an offer of employment with the Clark County Sheriff's Office.  His first day of employment was tomorrow, December 19th.

	        <description> Police say a white male was found lying face down in rain swollen Hedges Creek in Tualatin this morning.  The report was called in by a passer-by who saw the body of the man when she was out walking her dogs. The body was reported at about 7:50 AM today.

Police officers responded and located the body of a white male lying face down in about 2-3 feet of water. The victim was clearly deceased.
