The M Case - 6 Children Stolen by a London Council

Favour was placed in a foster home in Erith, Kent, and whilst there was abused by the teenage member of the family.

(LONDON) - Favour Musa is missing in British custody; officials will not share her location with her natural family. This is an official message on behalf of Chiwar and Gloria Musa, imprisoned on remand in Pentonville and Holloway womens prisons respectively since the 31st November 2011.

Chiwar Musa hereby notifies all that the Musas will represent themselves at the 28th Dec. commital to crown court hearing at the Highbury Corner magistrates court.

Salem Man Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

Brian Benjamin Berry faces charges of Encouraging Child Sex Abuse in the First and Second Degree.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Man in handcuffs Oregon Attorney General John Kroger today announced the arrest of a Salem man on child pornography charges. “Fighting child pornography has been one of my top priorities since I took office,” said Attorney General Kroger.

The defendant is Brian 29-year old Benjamin Berry of Southeast Salem. Berry is on probation for a 2007 conviction for Criminal Mistreatment in the First Degree.

People who move here should be educated about U.S. law and culture.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Salem-News.com The stories we have published about a Ukrainian immigrant couple convicted of abusing their children in Salem, are bringing more story comments than we are accustomed to, and our stories receive these comments constantly.

40-year old Alexander Kozlov and 39-year old Lyudmila Kozlov, were sentenced to seven years behind bars for the abuse the inflicted upon their children. The couple became sort of a courtroom spectacle, waiving a free public defender because "God" was their attorney.

Support of Ukrainian immigrant religious community fails to help parents of children who sought refuge with police.

(SALEM, Ore.) - 40-year old Alexander Kozlov and 39-year old Lyudmila Kozlov Criminal cases involving the criminal mistreatment of the children of a Ukrainian immigrant couple, began winding to a close today.

Survivor of Russian Immigrant Family Child Abuse Speaks Out

To the people who think my story seems familiar, or think they may know me, you might just be right.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Child abuse I can tell you the firsthand experience with the abuse I had to suffer as a child. People often wonder why so many Russian children are violent or just plain wild or uncontrollable.

It is merely a cry for help. These kids are raised in an extremely controlled and sheltered environment, raised with obnoxious religious outlooks, and told to act like everything is perfect in public no matter how much shit they are put through. Oh, and did I mention that ANY disobedience means a beating?

Oregon Man Arrested for Assaulting Infant

The suspect, Kevin Jarnagin, is being held on $305,000 bail.

(NEWBERG, Ore.) - 23-year old Kevin James Jarnagin A Newberg man has been arrested for assault and mistreatment following the investigation into an incident critically injuring a seven-month old infant.

23-year old Kevin James Jarnagin called the Newberg-Dundee 9-1-1 Center shortly after 930 a.m. Tuesday, July 7th 2009, reporting that an infant girl was not breathing and unresponsive.

Law Will Clamp Down on School Sex Abuse

Senate votes to step up penalties for inappropriate sexual contact with high school students of all ages.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Sex abuse Oregon high school students will be better protected with legislation passed by the Senate this morning.

Senate Bill 48 allows the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission to revoke the license and permanently bar a teacher or administrator who is found guilty by a preponderance of evidence of rape, sodomy, sexual penetration, or sex abuse of a student in grade 12 or below.
