Four Adults Arrested for Raping and Sexually Abusing Children

Police say teen girls were given pot and alcohol, tied up, raped, and even engaged in sex with a dog and groups of men located through Craigslist ads; one victim was only four.
(NEWBERG, Ore.) -
Police arrested several adults in what appears to be a bizarre and tragic series of sex crimes involving teenage girls and one four-year old child.
Police say the situation came to their attention over the weekend. A 15-year old girl told officers she had engaged in sex with 44-year old Darrin Vaughn Daily after he gave her marijuana and alcohol.

McMinnville Detectives have opened a sexual assault investigation involving Sean Cluver and a 68 year old female victim at Oakwood Country Place.
This facility is located at 421 SE Evans Street in McMinnville. The incident was reported to have occurred while he was employed there in August 2009.

Yamhill County Charity Director Indicted for Embezzlement

Elizabeth Rhode was arrested on September 15, 2009.
(MCMINNVILLE, Ore.) -
Elizabeth Anne Rhode faces seven counts of forgery and aggravated theft for allegedly stealing more than $50,000 from the Crystal Dawn Smith Rilee Foundation, Yamhill County Sheriff Jack Crabtree said.
The Sheriff joined Yamhill County District Attorney Brad Berry and Oregon Attorney General John Kroger today, to announce the indictment and arrest of the local charity director on charges of embezzlement.

Yamhill County officials say Webb is considered dangerous and should not be approached by any Yamhill County citizens.
(MCMINNVILLE, Ore.) -
Yamhill County Jail inmate Andrew James Webb ran from Yamhill County Courthouse at 3:19 p.m. this afternoon while being medically transported back to the Jail.
28-year old Andrew James Webb, is 6’1 approximately 185 lbs, has blue eyes and short brown hair. He had just been sentenced to 15 months consecutive time at the Yamhill County Jail and also had a Klickitat County, Washington hold pending.

Salem Man Dies in Crash Near Amity

Landon Kuenzi was pronounced deceased at the scene.
(AMITY, Ore.) -
A 19-year old Salem resident died and an Idaho man received minor injuries Saturday morning in a collision involving a commercial truck and passenger car on Lafayette Highway at Amity Road about three miles east of Amity.
The victim's name is being released following next of kin notification. The highway re-opened about 4:00 p.m.

McMinnville Police Officers Investigating two males found deceased in apartment.
(MCMINNVILLE, Ore.) -
Police in McMinnville are investigating the deaths of two men, a father and son, whose bodies were found this morning at about 10:30 a.m.
Captain Dennis Marks with McMinnville PD, says Officers responded to the report of the two deceased males at 915 SW Cozine Lane #16. Upon arrival, they found 59-year old Thomas D Marshall and his son, 22-year old Sean T Marshall deceased from obvious traumatic injuries.

McMinnville Police Arrest Sex Crimes Suspect

The suspect faces 10 counts of first-degree Sex Abuse, which fall into the Measure 11 category, and 2 counts of first-degree Sodomy I, also a Measure 11 crime, with total bail set at $1,800,000.
(MCMINNVILLE, Ore.) -
McMinnville Police say this morning at approximately 6:30 a.m., detectives, with the help of the Tigard Police, arrested 48-year old Terry Allen Westfall. The arrest is reported to be the result of a month long investigation by the McMinnville Police Department.
The alleged crimes began in approximately 1998 and continued for several years. The victim of these crimes is a female known to Westfall, and was a minor under the age of 12 at the time of the first occurrence. At the time of the alleged crimes, Westfall resided on NE Irvine Street in McMinnville, Oregon.

Willamina Man Dies in Crash on Highway 18 West of McMinnville

Police say the driver tried to correct his error and steer back onto the highway when he lost control causing the pickup to roll.
(McMINNVILLE, Ore.) -
Police say a 70-year old Willamina man died this afternoon when the pickup he was driving lost control on Highway 18 about sixteen miles west of McMinnville.
According to Oregon State Police Sergeant Brad Hessel, today at approximately 12:35 p.m., Paul Frederick Boehler was operating a 1987 Ford F250 pickup eastbound on Highway 18 near milepost 25 attempting to negotiate a left curve when the vehicle drifted off onto the shoulder.
