The suspect will be Arraigned for the May 5th Murder of an Aloha Man.
(HILLSBORO, Ore.) - Police say 18-year-old Pablo Guzman was arrested Tuesday for the May 20th murder of 27-year-old Constantino Cruz. He will is being arraigned at today.
Investigators say Tuesday at approximately 3:00 PM, detectives from the Washington County Major Crimes Team arrested Guzman at the intersection of SW 206th Avenue and SW Francis Street in Aloha.
According to Sgt. Dave Thompson with the Washington County Sheriff's Office, an extensive investigation has been conducted by the Washington County Major Crimes Team in cooperation with the Washington County Interagency Gang Enforcement Team has been underway since the date of the murder.
"Yesterday the investigation led to 174 NE 28th Avenue in the City of Hillsboro, where Mr. Guzman was located and arrested . He was taken to the Washington County Jail where he was booked and held on $250,000 bail."
Thompson says the case is still under investigation, and they are not making further statements.
"In order to preserve the integrity of the investigation no further details of the case will be released at this time."
