This is an update on traction device and chain requirements‏ througout Washington County.
(PORTLAND, Ore.) - The Oregon Department of Transportation and Washington County are requiring chains and/or traction tires on all state and county roads.
They're asking drivers to use the following guidelines:2 wheel drive vehicles must use chains or traction tires4 wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicles must use mud and snow tires, all season radials, or traction tires on all wheels and must carry chains.
