The style is new but the face the same, as it was so long ago...

(SALEM, Ore.) - William Coleman Oregon prison guard-turned-whistleblower William Coleman, says the Oregon penitentiary is tampering with federal mail.

Coleman's had difficulty writing to the men who agreed to testify when he was charged with cigarette smuggling; which he was found not guilty of, by a unanimous jury.

Salem Police Investigate Shooting

(Salem, Oregon) - Shooting investigation logo Today at 5:11 am Salem Police Officers responded to a report of several gunshots directed at a residence in the 2200 block of 4th St. NE. Responding officers contacted the residences and found one adult female had received a non-life threatening gunshot wound from one of the bullets that had been fired into the residence. The female was taken to Salem Hospital, where she was treated and released.

Volunteers Help Four Families in Salem Affected by an 8-Unit Apartment Fire

The Red Cross is a charitable organization – not a government agency – and depends on volunteers and the generosity of the American public to perform its mission.

(Salem, Oregon) - The American Red Cross Volunteers with the American Red Cross responded to an 8-Unit apartment fire today at 8:30am, in the 3600 block of Fisher Road NE in Salem.

The fire was reported at approximately 11:30Pm last nigth. All tenants were able to escape the fire and no injuries were reported Red Cross volunteers provided 5-adults and 4-children with shelter, food, clothing and emotional support.

If they truly understood that Israel continually confiscates homes historically owned by Palestinian families and bulldozes them to the ground in order to build religious colonies, Americans would do something about it.

(ATHENS) - Convoy members kidnapped on the Strofades IV The Road to Hope humanitarian aid convoy left London on the 10th of October with £500,000 of medical aid for the besieged people of the Gaza Strip.

After travelling 4,500 miles through the UK, France, Spain, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Libya the convoy stalled at the Egyptian border on October 26th due to an Egyptian refusal to allow land access to Gaza.

Portland Police Investigating Shots Fired Incident in SE

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Shooting investigation logo This morning at approximately 9:11 a.m., Portland Police officers responded to a residence in the 10800 Block of Southeast Henderson Drive to assist deputies from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office on an incident where a subject fired a handgun.

Officers arrived in the area and spoke with deputies who were at the residence to conduct a welfare check on behalf of the Department of Human Services. Deputies made contact inside the residence with a 42-year-old male who retrieved a handgun and pointed it at himself.

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Israeli fighter jets Today’s Jerusalem Post summarizes some of the rewards offered by the U.S. in its latest attempt to coax Israel into briefly curtailing its illegal activity on Palestinian land. In exchange for a proposed 90-day moratorium on settlement-building, East Jerusalem excluded.

The US administration would ask Congress to approve the supply of 20 additional advanced fighter planes to Israel worth $3 billion so that Israel can keep its qualitative [military] edge.
