Inmate Dies in Agony While Pleading for Help

A torturous agonizing death for a U.S. federal inmate with several serious undiagnosed deadly medical problems.

(PEKIN, Ill.) - For days before he died in a federal prison, Adam Montoya pleaded with guards to be taken to a doctor, pressing a panic button in his cell over and over to summon help that never came.

An autopsy concluded that the 36-year-old inmate suffered from cancer, hepatitis and HIV. The cancer ultimately killed him, causing his spleen to burst. Montoya bled to death internally.

Sakineh, mother to a 16- and 20-year-old, says she was forced to confess after a brutal interrogation and has already received 99 lashes as a punishment for this alleged crime.

(SEATTLE) - The U.S. Coast Guard has identified the one survivor and three crew members who lost their lives, Wednesday, after their MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crashed in the waters off of James Island, near La Push, Wash.

Lt. Lance D. Leone, 29, of Ventura, Calif., survived the crash and is being treated at a Seattle hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He is married.

(SALEM, Ore.) - A 'terrorist' group has to be the most overused and ineffective description in existence for a political enemy. Ḥamās, the "Islamic Resistance Movement", is the only political group that stands fast for Palestinian human rights-in the face of Israeli occupation.

The classification of this elected political group as a "Terrorist Organization" is strictly a matter of political convenience and there is no factual basis for the term in this case, unless it is equally applied to Israel.

Coast Guard Loses Three in Helicopter Crash off Washington

Coast Guard units responded to the scene after contact was lost with the aircraft Wednesday at 9:32 a.m.
