Look to the Veteran: Learn Patriotism by Example!

A few thoughts as we prepare to honor so many.

(HARRISVILLE, N.H.) - We know the first ten amendments to the Constitution as “The Bill of Rights”. We all certainly owe the Founding Fathers a great deal for constructing a document that all thirteen of the original states could agree upon.

The patriots who fought and died in the Revolutionary War made it possible for such a document to be discussed, analyzed, constructed, and ratified.

Gaza Farmers Rally in Protest of Israel`s Buffer Zone

In recent years, many farmers have been killed, injured and abducted while working in their fields.

(GAZA CITY) - Residents and activists organized a peaceful demonstration to protest the so-called 'buffer zone' along the entire northern and eastern Gaza border with Israel.

THe demonstrators, mostly farmers, carried Palestinian flags and marched toward the eastern border area, where they were headed off by the Israeli army.

With these credentials, I’m not exactly a poetry expert, but you have to be impressed with the efforts made by Tim King and Luke Easter, two Marine veterans, to honor the memory of Colonel James E. Sabow, USMC.
