At Least 153 Killed in Paris in Six Terror Attacks

No group has taken responsibility for the Friday the 13th attacks

(SALEM, Ore.) - Paris France attack Paris suffered six strikes of terror Friday night killing at least 153 people. The President of France has closed the borders to the country.

French President Francois Hollande has declared a state of emergency. "We have to show compassion and solidarity and we also have to show unity and keep our cool. France must be strong and great," he said.

Woodburn Man Arrested for Exposing Himself to Teen Girls

Parents can protect their children from dangerous strangers by teaching them about strangers and suspicious behavior.

(WOODBURN, Ore.) - Mathew Gressel On Nov. 4, the Woodburn Police Department responded to a report of a man that had reportedly exposed himself in front of two teenage girls, ages 15 and 13, in the driveway of the Woodburn Walmart.

The victims told police that an unknown male drove up to them in his car and asked them for directions through an open car window. One of the teenage victim began to answer the suspect by the car window and saw that the male had his penis exposed out of his pants.

Several years ago, the State Department began a review process for the proposed construction of a pipeline that would carry Canadian crude oil through our heartland to ports in the Gulf of Mexico and out into the world market.

This morning, Secretary Kerry informed me that, after extensive public outreach and consultation with other Cabinet agencies, the State Department has decided that the Keystone XL Pipeline would not serve the national interest of the United States. I agree with that decision.

Plane Crashes Onto Shop in Lebanon

The pilot and passenger were both conscious and talking with rescuers.

(LEBANON, Ore.) - plane crash A small airplane crashed onto a shop building with two aboard, Friday. At 12:31 p.m., the Lebanon Fire District was dispatched to 36144 Bohlken Dr for an aircraft crash.

Upon arrival, firefighters found a 2-seat light plane (a Van's RV-6A) had crashed on top of a shop building. Both occupants of the plane were still inside the aircraft.
