(PORTLAND, Ore. ) - Julia Haner The FBI is asking for the public's help in locating a former Oregon high school cheerleader who is accused of sex trafficking.

The FBI is looking for Julia Haner, who was a cheerleader at Lake Oswego High School helped recruit a 17-year-old to work as a prostitute in February.

Militants Seize Iraqi Air Bases, Oilfields as U.S. Forces Arrive

(BAGHDAD, Iraq) - Iraq ISIS Militants attacked one of Iraq's largest air bases and seized control of several small oilfields on Wednesday as U.S. special forces troops and intelligence analysts arrived to help Iraqi security forces counter a mounting Sunni insurgency.

Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, who is fighting for his job and is under international pressure to create a more inclusive government, said he supported starting the process of forming a new cabinet within a week.

81-Year-Old Corvallis Man Dies While Fishing Snake River

Preliminary investigation indicates the man may have slipped or lost his balance on a large rock.

(ONTARIO, Ore.) - Snake River Oregon Oregon State Police with the assistance of Malheur County Sheriff's Office, located and recovered a deceased 81-year old Corvallis man who died Tuesday evening while fishing along the Snake River east of Farewell Bend State Recreation Area.

At approximately 9:44 p.m., OSP Southern Command Center dispatch was notified of a welfare check for an 81-year old man who failed to return to his campsite at Farewell Bend State Recreation Area after going fishing earlier in the day.

U.S. Gas Prices Hit Six Year High Due to Violence in Iraq

In the Salem - Metro area, drivers are paying an average of $3.96 a gallon, compared to $3.72 one year ago for regular unleaded gasoline.

(SALEM, Ore. ) - Gas Price Pain As the end of the first full month of the 2014 summer driving season, the national price for regular unleaded gasoline is $3.68 per gallon, which is the highest price for early summer in six years.

The average price at the pump has increased for 12 consecutive days for a total of four cents per gallon, narrowing the gap between the current retail price and the 2014 peak of $3.70 per gallon reached on April 28.

In Oregon, the consequences of being convicted of BUII include the possibility of jail time, $6,250 in fines, and loss of boating or even driving privileges.

Sabah Karkhout, the head of Iraq’s Anbar provincial council, told CNN that the attacks struck markets and fuel stations in areas such as Rutba, al-Walid and Qaim.
