Five More COVID Deaths in Oregon = 4,377

Oregon reports 2,569 new confirmed and presumptive COVID-19 cases, 5 new deaths

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - COVID-19 The number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 540, which is 11 more than yesterday. There are 114 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit (ICU) beds, which is four more than yesterday.

There are 65 available adult ICU beds out of 690 total (9% availability) in the state of Oregon.

Armond Harper Homicide Remains Unsolved After Three Years

The suspect ran out of the area, northbound on North Mississippi Avenue.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Armond Harper October 19, 2018, just before 10 a.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to the report of a shooting at North Rosa Parks Way and North Albina Avenue.

Officers and medical personnel arrived and located 42-year-old Armond Ramoan Harper suffering from a gunshot wound. He died early the next day.

Former Oregon Man Faces 60 years in Federal Prison for Marijuana Scheme

He illegally exported Oregon marijuana out of state and laundered proceeds.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - gavel Between January 2017 and June 2020, 29-year old Dante Baldocchi purchased marijuana in Oregon and shipped it to Georgia where he and others sold it to distributors in the Atlanta area and in North Carolina.

Baldocchi faces a maximum sentence of 60 years in federal prison with a five-year mandatory minimum, a $5.5 million fine and four years of supervised release. He will be sentenced January 6, 2022.
