In my analysis the real tragedy is that something could have been done at a very early stage to stop the killing and destruction. What was needed was for President Obama to have a private conversation with President Putin along something like the following lines.

A Reuters investigation, based on interviews with people smugglers and more than two dozen survivors of boat voyages, revealed in July how some Thai naval security forces work systematically with smugglers to profit from the surge in Rohingya fleeing Myanmar to escape religious persecution.

(LAHORE) - Pastor Adnan Masih A Christian held captive in a Pakistani prison disclosed an account of his ordeal to an international organization from his prison cell about the trials surrounding his detention and present confinement.

Adnan Prince, a Pakistani Christian 26 years of age who is publicly known as Adnan Masih was accused by his colleague of committing blasphemy. Subsequent to the accusation, Adnan went into hiding, however, returned a month later after police hooked a number of of his family members.

PRESS TV: US Sailors Sue Japan`s TEPCO Over Radiation Sickness

They say TEPCO failed to notify first responders of the serious radiation levels from the Fukushima Daiichi energy plant

(SAN DIEGO) - An aerial file photo of the crippled Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan. Several dozen US Navy sailors and Marines who conducted aid and rescue operations in earthquake and tsunami ravaged Japan, carried out their international aid duties during a nuclear meltdown. The affected Naval personnel have filed a lawsuit against Tokyo Electric Power Company, (TEPCO) for serious health problems; half of those suing TEPCO have cancer.

The attorneys representing the sailors and Marines say many have developed brain tumors, uterine bleeding, thyroid cancer, Leukemia, digestive disorders and other health conditions typically caused by exposure to radiation. They were aboard the aircraft carrier, U.S.S. Ronald Reagan, and half a dozen other Naval ships in the fleet.

Vehicle Crashes Into Molalla River (PHOTOS)

(CLACKAMAS, OR) - Car crashes into Molalla River in Oregon Just after midnight Clackam as County received a 911 call reporting a vehicle crash on the Molalla Forest Rd east of Molalla. A vehicle had gone off the roadway and landed upside down in the river.

Two people were in the vehicle at the time of the crash. The crash occurred about 7 miles east of the intersection with Dickey Prairie Road.
