(PALM BEACH) - Kaitlyn Hunt My daughter Kaitlyn is a wonderful 18-year-old who is not guilty of anything other than a high school romance, but is being prosecuted for 2 felony counts of “lewd and lascivious battery on a child 12--16 years of age,” because she has a girlfriend who is 15.

Kailtyn’s girlfriend’s parents are pressing charges because they are against the same-sex relationship, even though their daughter has stated that this is a consensual relationship.

California Firm Recalls Ready-to-eat Grilled Chicken Strips Due to Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens

The recalled product bears the establishment number “P-20923” inside the USDA mark of inspection and a use-by date of “JUN 22 2013” printed on each tray.

(WASHINGTON DC) - Foster Farms Recall Foster Farms, a Porterville, Calif. establishment, is recalling approximately 6,165 pounds of ready-to-eat grilled chicken breast strips.

The food contains wheat and soy, known allergens, which are not declared on the product label, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced today.

Maybe it is worth considering a tally-board to track which politicians cast votes against legislation considered to be potentially beneficial to our veterans.

Man Assaulted in Home Invasion

Police say the suspect was intoxicated.

(IDANHA OR) - Waylon Clayton Blanchette An Idanha man observed a male entering his neighbor's residence, and he knew the man didn't belong there. He called 911.

At about the same time, the owner of the house also called 911 saying that he was confronted by a man who assaulted him and tried to strangle him.

Mr. Hultberg was reported missing by his family on May 2, 2013.

(ALBANY OR) - David Wayne Hultberg Mr. Hultberg, a resident of Tangent, was reported missing by his family on May 2, 2013 after he didn't return home.

His vehicle a 2002 Ford pickup, was located May 6, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints parking lot in Stayton.
