(PORTLAND, OR) - Ms. Margaret Mary Elizabeth Tamar Griffin-Carver To say that our beloved sister Margaret was mentally ill is not an easy admission. It is also tragically the sad truth.

She was one of thousands of mentally ill currently residing in the state of Oregon and suffering from schizophrenia among other personality disorders.

(FLORENCE, OR) - Derelict boat from Japan on Oregon beach A 24' nonmotorized boat was removed from the ocean shore near Muriel Ponsler Wayside north of Florence at 7 p.m., Mar. 14, 2013. Leisure Excavating from Florence transported it to a local landfill.

No pollution or other hazardous materials were detected, but there was marine life clinging to the debris.
