“We are very excited to open the first SONIC in Salem,” said Delbert Warren, principle of the Warren Group, the franchise group that owns and operates the drive-in. “We are looking forward to serving the community and delivering the fun Carhop service SONIC Drive-Ins are known for across the country.”

The Salem SONIC Drive-In is located at 220 Lancaster Dr. SE and opens at 11:00 AM on April 17th to serve customers a delicious breakfast. During April, SONIC is featuring Jr. Wraps, which along with SONIC’s Happy Hour where there are half price drinks from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM everyday, are perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up.

SONIC, which specializes in made-to-order fast food, is known for its specialty menu items and personal Carhop service. Unique drink combinations make SONIC Your Ultimate Drink Stop!Ò SONIC’s slow-melting ice, helps drinks stay cool and keeps them cooled longer while maintaining flavor.

Sonic is a blast! Love the food and the slushies rock! slowest melting slushie in town. Food is awesome, drinks are great... order was perfect and we ordered 20.00 in food and got everything in like 5 min. Fresh tasty, and great! You got to be crazy to say anyhting bad. And as far as missing items, all fast food does it,no one is perfect, i used to manage alot of fast foods and human error is likely, but as long as its made up for with a replacement - free food next visit- w/e its all good, you can go to the finest of fine dining places and still get something messed up. Its life it happens.... Anyways SONIC you were awesome. quick, and very fresh food, A++++

My daughter so wanted to go to Sonic's big opening. She said it was a real success. They planned to eat there but it was such a zoo they took their food to the car. I ask her to bring me a cheese burger and fries. Well, my bag contained no burger, though I was charged for it and the fries were awful! On a positive note the cherry-lime drink was good. Unless there is big improvement I'd say save your money!
