Salem Police Department Hosting Monthly Conversations With The Hispanic Community

This month come and learn about the department’s bomb squad.

(SALEM) - The Salem Police Department is holding its monthly community conversation program to increase the communication between the Hispanic community and law enforcement officials in the Salem community.

The program is conducted in Spanish and also serves as a way to have increased understanding about services and department procedures.

The topic for the April conversation will be about the department`s bomb squad.

Demonstrations by the special team will be conducted during the presentation.

The meeting will take place Wednesday, April 26th, 6:30-8:00 PM, at the Salem Public Library, 585 Liberty Street, SE in the Anderson Room.
