Oregon State Police Officer's Association Awards Scholarships

(SALEM) - This year, the Oregon State Police Officers' Association is awarding 23 scholarships to our member's children. After carefully reviewing all applications, the scholarship committee has selected the following winners: Ralph Springer Memorial Scholarship – Jill Nicole Jeter (Ralph Springer was a long time Trooper Newspaper Editor who lost his life in an airplane accident)

Scott Lyons Memorial Scholarship – Ana Kaber (Scott Lyons was killed in the line of duty September 2nd, 1997)

Brett Clodfelter Memorial Scholarship – Ryan Roach (Brett Clodfelter was killed in the line of duty September 30, 1992)
