(WOODBURN, Ore.) - Marion County investigators arrested several people at 7:30 AM Tuesday morning, while serving a search warrant at 2381 Meadow Lane in Woodburn. Lt. Sheila Lorance with the Sheriff's Office, says the search was based on evidence obtained from a Burglary that occurred on December 3rd, at a shop on Carl Road in Woodburn.

"Deputies located over 100 stolen items throughout the house and a shop at the Meadow Lane address, including power tools, chainsaws, air compressors and a dirt bike," Lorance said.

Sheriff's Office evidence technicians and deputies are working to connect the remaining stolen property with any other Burglaries or Thefts in the area and hope to locate the owners of that property.

Police are seeking Fred Basargin

Deputies arrested four people at the residence Tuesday, and are looking for a fifth suspect, who Lorance says also lives there.

62-year old Irina Basargin was arrested on charges of Theft by Receiving.

25-year old Sheena Brown was arrested on a warrant for Dangerous Drugs and a new charge of Identity Theft.

28-year old Pavel Kuznetsov, who Lorance says is on probation for third-degree Assault, was arrested for Probation Violation.

36-year old Nikita Basargin, who is on probation for Possession of Methamphetamine and Eluding a Police Officer, was arrested for Probation Violation.

Lorance says deputies are attempting to locate 40-year old Fred Basargin.
