His employment at Mentor Graphics was preceded by several years at Fleishman-Hillard International Communications (FH) where he served as an account supervisor. At FH, James also led a West Coast team of new media specialists who built online buzz for clients ranging from Cingular Wireless to Dannon Foods. James received his Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Washington State University.
