(SILVERTON, Ore.) - The Silver Falls Bank Board of Directors declared an annual stock dividend of 7%, payable on February 15th 2008, to Silver Falls Bank shareholders of record on January 31st, 2008. This represents an increase over last year's stock dividend of 6%. Silver Falls Bank, rated as one of the top Banks in America by the American Bankers Association, is an independent Bank with offices in Silverton, Oregon City and Salem.

The Bank also has a wholly owned subsidiary headquartered in Salem, Silver Falls Mortgage.

The stock symbol for the Bank is SVFL.
