(CANBY) - One man is behind bars, and police are still searching for the other suspects involved in a forceable rape and sex abuse investigation involving a U.S. Air Force Gulf War veteran. Police arrested 30-year-old Alejandro Ramos-Gonzalez from Canby on First Degree Rape, First Degree Kidnapping, and First Degree Burglary charges. He is logged in the Clackamas County Jail. Investigators believe this "horrible incident" is gang related. Police say Ramos-Gonzalez has gang ties. The alleged rape occurred in the southeast part of Canby between 9:00 PM Friday and 4:00 AM Saturday. The 42-year-old woman reported to police that five males entered her apartment through an open front door, and two of the suspects forcibly raped her. Anyone with any information on this incident is urged to contact the Canby Police Department (503) 266 1104.
