(VANCOUVER, Wash.) - Clackamas County Sheriff's Office detectives arrested the suspect believed responsible for the July 12th stabbing murder in Happy Valley. Deputies executed a Clackamas County arrest warrant - without incident - at an undisclosed residential address in Vancouver, Washington for 20-year old Ruben Anthony Arteaga.
