Double Fatal Crash on Highway 20

Drivers are asked to avoid the area though traffic is getting through slowly.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Oregon State Police say they are on the scene of a fatal traffic crash on Highway 20 near milepost 73.

This location is about 1/2 mile east of the Santiam Junction.

Troopers on the scene say it is now a confirmed double fatal crash. Initial reports indicate the crash involves a motorcycle and another vehicle.

Traffic is reportedly getting through the area but there may be a delay. More information will be released as it becomes available.
