Jefferson Mint Festival Continues Today

(JEFFERSON, Ore. ) - The 50th Annual Jefferson Mint Festival continues today.

Events today include: parade through downtown Jefferson, frog jumping contest, horseshoe tournaments, quilt show, live music, fireworks tonight and more.

The parade will be staged on Church and Main Street.

Route: We will begin on the intersection of Main and Hazel and travel South on Main St. until it intersects with highway 99 E. The parade will then head North on 99 E. and continue to the Elementary School and disband at University St. The procession is expected to last about 50 minutes.

6:00 AM - Fire Department Breakfast (Downtown at Fire Hall)

8:00 AM - Garage Sales continue 5K Road Run/Walk 1 Mile Run/Walk

8:30 AM - Swim Meet (Community Pool) Parade check-in begins (Church & Main St.)

9:00 AM - Vendors open at JMS

10:00 AM - Parade (Downtown)

10:45 AM - Shuttle service begins (Pick-up Jefferson Community Center immediately following parade)

11:00 AM - St. Mary’s Dancers perform on the Main Stage

11:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Kids Corner

11:45 AM - 12:15 PM - Magician Steve Peterson featuring Rocky Raccoon

11:30 AM - Tractor Games

Noon - Frog Jump Registration

Noon - Piano Quartet 2 pianos/8 hands
