Suspect at Large in Salem Pizza Parlor Armed RobberySalem-News.comThe victim, a Dominos employee, indicated a black male entered the store, displayed a small black semi-automatic handgun and demanded money.
(SALEM, Ore.) - Marion County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of an Armed Robbery at Dominos Pizza at 411 Lancaster Drive NE this morning. Lt. Sheila Lorance with the Marion County Sheriff's Office, says deputies responding to the 10:00 a.m. call arrived after the suspect had left the area. A K-9 track was started, however it ended a short distance from the location. The victim, a Dominos employee, indicated a black male entered the store, displayed a small black semi-automatic handgun and demanded money. After taking an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect ordered the employee to go into the freezer and wait for 10 minutes before coming out. The employee waited and then called 911. The suspect is described as a black male, in his late 20's, 5'10 to 6'00 tall, 180 pounds, medium build, a shaved head except for a narrow line of hair starting over his right eye. He was wearing a black hoodie jacket, blue jeans, sunglasses, and holding a red shirt over his face. He has a one inch vertical scar over his left eyebrow and bushy eyebrows. The suspect put the money into a small red backpack with thin strings before leaving through an employee entrance in the back of the store.
