(SALEM) - The average price for a gallon of regular unleaded continues to climb throughout the mid-valley.

On Sunday, the statewide average rose to $3.03.9, in Salem the average price is now $2.98.2.

In Eugene, the price is $3.08.2, in Portland-Vancouver the price is $2.99.6, Medford-Ashland jumped overnight to $3.07.7.

Here is the latest average price list for cities throughout the mid-valley.

Salem - $2.98.2

Keizer - $2.96.7

Dallas - $2.95.9

Lincoln City - $2.98.6

Monmouth/Independence - $2.97.9

Woodburn - $2.96.9

Albany - $3.12.5

Corvallis - $3.10.4

Silverton - $3.02.4

Stayton/Sublimity - $2.99.2

(Average gas prices within a 10 square mile radius of each city)

I have only had my lisence for about a month now, and I FINALLY see why gas prices are such a huge issue. When will these roller coaster prices ever end?
