Fatal Crash Kills One Near Dundee on Highway 99W

Motorists should avoid the area or expect delays. Highway 18 is open and has not been affected.

(DUNDEE, Ore.) - Oregon State Police are on the scene of a fatal traffic crash on Highway 99W near milepost 27. The area is about two miles north of Highway 18.

They advise that the highway is closed as a result of the crash. At this time the Oregon Department of Transportation is on the scene with a detour in place.

Highway 99W near milepost 25 between Dundee and Newberg is closed. Police say three vehicles are involved with one fatality - ODOT on scene with detour in place -

OSP troopers on scene reported at 5:00 PM, that they anticipate closure of at least two more hours - No more information will be released until scene investigation completed.

Motorists should avoid the area or expect delays. Highway 18 is open and has not been affected.
