Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Seeking Missing WomanSalem-News.comAnyone who observes this missing person or vehicle are requested to contact their nearest local law enforcement.
(CLACKAMAS, Ore.) - The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office has received a report of a missing person described to be in the early stages of Alzheimer's. At 11:00 AM this morning relatives of Patricia Lynn Aarons; born in March, 1938 reported her disappearance to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office. Detective Jim Strovink with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says it was determined Patricia Aarons is diagnosed with Alzheimer's; and is driving a 1998 Toyota Corolla 4-door, blue in color; with Washington License plate 822-TCI. Patricia Aarons resides in Goldendale, Washington, and was house-sitting at a residence in Tigard, Oregon, at the time of her disappearance. Patricia Aarons was last observed – returning to the Tigard residence, and departing from a brief visit at relative's home on SE Blanton Street, in Milwaukie, Tuesday, evening at 8:30 PM. A west coast law enforcement bulletin has been transmitted addressing this missing person and the described automobile of interest. At around noon time today, Clackamas County Sheriff's Office personnel learned that this missing person and vehicle were observed in the Douglas County area at approximately 06:00 AM this morning in Sutherlin, Oregon. The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office has assigned a detective dedicated to this reported missing case who is presently monitoring law enforcement data terminals and potential credit card activity concerning Patricia Aarons. A Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, Search and Rescue deputy is also actively engaged in this effort to locate Patricia Aarons. This Search and Rescue deputy says Douglas County and Coos County Sheriff's are concentrating efforts in their respective jurisdictions in a combined effort to locate this missing person and vehicle.
