Five Arrested in Canby Gang Fight

(CANBY) - Canby police responded to the report of a gang fight in the area of SE 2nd Ave and S Juniper Street in Canby yesterday at 3:40 PM.

Upon arrival, officers were confronted by five gang members, four Surenos and one Norteno. Three of the Surenos broke glass bottles in front of one of the officers and were holding the broken glass in their hands. The officer ordered them to drop the glass and at first they refused to comply and them they decided to drop the glass.

The fight started when four Surenos confronted one Norteno and wanted to fight. The Norteno, who was identified as Jonathan Saucedo-Jimenez, ran home and retrieved a baseball bat and returned to fight the other four.

No one was injured during the fight and all five subjects were arrested and lodged at Clackamas County Jail on numerous charges.

The four Surenos were identified as:

• HECTOR G. MONTOYA-GUTIERREZ DOB: 9-5-88
• VICTOR A. MORALES DOB: 9-4-87
• SAUL MORALES DOB: 3-9-88
• JAVIER CRUZ-MENDOZA DOB: 3-24-88

• JONATHAN SAUCEDO-JIMENEZ DOB: 5-26-88

wow it sounds like those of you so proud of gangs should spend a little of the time you devote to your gang business to educating yourselves. It is kind of sad that I can read your accents through the words that you type. Last time I checked the word D lok is looking for the THE, da is not a word holms, at least not in English. Surenos always run in numbers. Nortenos always fight as one unit. This is a good example to show how much of cowards surenos really are.
