Stephen: You demand impossibilities while overlooking current syndrome curable by return to realistic system. Denial by dubious reliance on self-stated "libertarian" guru gives away your whole game. IF you buy into those beliefs, world/national/state, local governance essentials can never mean anything since you tied to killing off what the Constitution offers to all as proven over 250 years, even with woeful record now seen by millions, under remediation as never before.

Ersun I am 100% in agreement with your statement: "It always strikes me as strange when people prefer bureaucracy conducted in secret, by greed motivated individuals, to bureaucracy conducted in public by individuals accountable to the public. How is it that secrecy and greed inherently lead to better results?" Would it not be great if congress kept every part of the legislative process, including the names of those (non-elected people) writing up legislation, transparent, as was promised prior to the 2008 election? Why do you think they hide so much of this process from us? How about a signed statement from all elected officals that they read all the legislation they vote on, and that they actually understand it's consequences? Considering they work for the American people, what gives them the right to keep any of this process clouded in secrecy (unless national security is involved)?

It always strikes me as strange when people prefer bureaucracy conducted in secret, by greed motivated individuals, to bureaucracy conducted in public by individuals accountable to the public. How is it that secrecy and greed inherently lead to better results? Have you considered the possibility that life is not a business? Seriously consider the consequences of declaring that whoever can print the most money has the greatest right to life. Does that sound reasonable?

Dont need to provide links. The government should stay out of the health care business. They have no clue about anything but campaign donations. The only doctor I know in congress is Ron Paul. Its all about complete control. The government has failed in everything they touch. This is why I supported Ron Paul last year instead of the obama lies. Ron Paul says get rid of the federal reserve bank, and let the free market work. There is NO other answer. Until people understand, that obama/bush/clinton etc are under the powers of the federal reserve bank, NOTHING will change. End the federal reserve bank, end the lobbyists (that obama promised not to have, lol), and we might see actual change. Ending the federal reserve bank, and firing every congress/senate critter that supports israel is the ONLY answer. And guess what? That aint gonna happen, because the people of America have become too dumbed down, thanks to our zionist owned education system. Enjoy. (sorry, kinda grouchy tonight) :-) End the federal reserve bank (which JFK tired to do), and quit supporting Israel, and stick to the Constitution. Until that happens, nothing will change.

It is essential to understand that every dollar spent in pay-off for support by health industry MUST come from their capitalization OR from their PROFIT. Highly doubtful if any loan source available in face of the known probabilities for reform of system. THUS authoritative source such as cited here is plainly producing "big picture" with revealing detail about how many billions the ongoing business has already built in "get ready" ratio to spend for "protection",and how many more billions it believes probably can be extracted from 45-50 more millions now not "in the wringer" but vulnerable if predations are allowed to keep on as in curren, past decades. IF any other possible source for such horrendous sums spent to capture, retain and wreak out more "profit", please tell us source and provide link to document.
