Stayton Man Faces Rape and Sex Abuse ChargesSalem-News.comPolice working on the case believe the alleged contact occurred in the suspect's Stayton residence.
(STAYTON, Ore.) - Stayton Police officers arrested a man in connection with a report of child sex abuse. Sergeant Michael Meeks with Stayton Police says the suspect, 24-year old Justin J Scott of Stayton, faces several charges. "Investigators believe Justin Scott had sexual contact with a minor relative." He says police working on the case believe the alleged contact occurred in the suspect's Stayton residence. Justin Scott was arrested on charges of first-degree Rape, first-degree Sodomy and first-degree Sex Abuse. He was taken into custody and lodged at the Marion County Correctional Facility.
