Happy Thanksgiving

As you gather with family and friends, take time to remember the beauty in life that has been given as a gift to all of us.

(EUGENE, Ore.) - There can never be enough reminders in life to stop and give thanks.

The Thanksgiving holiday provides us with a special occasion to focus on the many blessing in our lives.

Thanksgiving is a celebration of harvest. It reminds us that we live by the grace of what we have been given. It is a reminder to share openly and graciously with others the blessings bestowed upon us.

In that spirit, I would like to share a few photos that I took earlier this month in the Oregon Coast Range.

The beauty of the land that we live in, too often overlooked, is truly a reminder of what we have to be thankful for. Thanksgiving is a time to remember that beauty and share it with others.

As you gather with family and friends, take time to remember the beauty in life that has been given as a gift to all of us.

Take time to remember those who are separated from their families, and those who are less fortunate than yourself, and share with them in your blessings as best as you can.

thanks Urson for the light and heart felt article.. In the link below is my dad in the white shirt, I am just to the right of him with my hands on my knees making a funny face. The American Indians had a difficult plight, and I follow his ideas on helping others. Hope you dont mind me sharing, but I am not doing so good these days. I, myself and family, are fine, but my pain for others seems to take... I should have gotten out today to help others, and feelin bad that I did not. I will correct that. http://www.lapahie.com/IRC1.cfm
