Arrests Made in Cornelius Murder

Officers from the Cornelius Police, along with officers from the Washington County Sheriff's Office and Hillsboro Police are continuing the investigation.

(CORNELIUS, Ore.) - Two suspects have been arrested in a murder investigation that occurred over the weekend, according to Commander Ed Jensen with Cornelius Police.

The investigation stems from the death of 19-year old Eduardo Andrade-Alcanter of Hillsboro was killed on October 2, 2009.

"Arrested in connection with his death was 20-year old Alejandro Aguilar-Mandujano of Hillsboro, and a 13-year old male juvenile, also of Hillsboro," Jensen said.

The incident occurred at Steamboat park in Cornelius.

Officers from the Cornelius Police, along with officers from the Washington County Sheriff's Office and Hillsboro Police are continuing the investigation.

he was my cousin, I live in Mexico, and no matter what you say... you can't imagine what I feel, wha his family feels, no matter what color we are, the pain for lose a family is the same, he was a great boy, he works for help his family and probably he was killed for money!!! BECAUSE HE WAS WORKING FOR A CAR, FOR HIS FAMILY!!! so the only that I pay is respect for him and his family.

to all of the people saying negative comments you are very, very sad ! you don't know Eddie so don't judge him! and to all the racist people saying that's why Mexicans shouldn't be here may i remind you that color, race, shape doesn't matter!! murders can be anyone! my heart just goes out to Eddie and his family, this is one death no one should ever go through i couldn't even begin to imagine what his family is going through! life is so crazy i remember talking to Eddie like it was yesterday seeing him laugh and to hear what happened was devastating ! i will never forget you, you are gone but never forgotten your in my prayers every night. and to the murders i don't know how you could have done this for money?! and have gone a week knowing what you have done i dont know how you could live with your self's you guys disgust me! 13 yr old or not you know what you did wasnt right and was it worth taking someones life for money? i hope you guys get LIFE! and you didn't just kill someone you took someones son, someone brother , cousin, friend and overall an incredible person! Eddie was NOT a gang member so you people need to stop saying it happened because he was in a gang ! the murderers probably but NOT Eddie he didn't deserve this !
